  • I manage the personal information that a customer gave to me with responsibility in a group in human future and use it only for the answer to a customer.
  • Please note that you may disclose the personal information of the customer in we group companies for the purpose of replying the inquiry of the customer from we group companies when it judges it in appropriateness and us to cope by the contents which you inquired in our group companies.
  • I cope with an inquiry sequentially before our time in.
    Time in from 9:00 to 18:00 (except our holidays such as Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the year-end and New Year holidays)
  • A case besides to have time before an answer by the contents of the inquiry may not reply it. In addition, I may contact you with a telephone or the letter. Thank you for your understanding beforehand.
  • I send the answers from us to a customer to see off to the customer individual who inquired it.
    I would appreciate your refraining from reproduction of some or all, the second use.
  • I use SSL to protect the personal information of the customer safely.
  • You read "a privacy policy" on an inquiry, and please fill it out after an agreement.
